Terms of Service

Welcome to HeartMeet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HeartMeet mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Heart Meet ("HeartMeet", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HeartMeet.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use HeartMeet. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Live Streaming, Chat & Community Conduct

HeartMeet includes live streaming rooms, chat, matching and virtual gifting. When using these features you agree not to:

• Post, stream or send content that is sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or bully other users.
• Solicit money, personal financial information, or off-platform payments from other users.
• Use bots, scripts or automation to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, verification, or safety systems.

We may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice.

4. Virtual Gifts, Coins & Payments

• HeartMeet may offer virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased and used to send virtual gifts to hosts during live streams.
• Coins and virtual gifts have no cash value outside the Service and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Hosts may be eligible to earn and withdraw real-world payouts based on gifts received, subject to our host payout policy and any applicable verification requirements.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, exchange rates, or discontinue virtual currency features at any time.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on HeartMeet (photos, videos, live streams, messages). By posting content, you grant HeartMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time using the "Delete My Account" option in the app.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone in particular, that matches will lead to any specific outcome, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline — please exercise caution and good judgment, especially when meeting someone in person.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeartMeet and Heart Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from the conduct of other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
